I just passed a valid Atom 1.0 feed through Bloglines, and it seemed to work. Though, their news page hasn't stated official support yet nor has a specific declaration of Atom 1.0 support appeared in their "What Formats Does Bloglines Support?" FAQ entry. So, YMMV; I am just saying it worked for me.

I've recently updated my Atom 0.3 feed to 1.0 and noticed that Bloglines are having problems to parse the contents when they're formatted as xhtml. The whitespace before and after a phrase that has some sort of xhtml-markup gets deleted, so the posts tend to get a bit truncated although fully readable.
I've emailed Bloglines support but haven't received any answers yet.
