Just because it was posted on Slashdot in PDD, Asperger, and Geek Syndrome?.

I had a girlfriend who was completely convinced I suffered from a de-habilitating case of Asperger. I told her that it was just OCD and not some crazy pop-psychology catch-all mental disorder. I don't think she ever bought it.

Just for fun, though, I went to the link off of /. and took the "Find Out if You Are Mentally Instable" Quiz (The AQ Test). The average score on the test, they say is a 16.4. They, also, say "eighty percent of those diagnosed with autism or a related disorder scored 32 or higher."

I scored a 42. But, I would imagine most engineers/geeks would score rather highly. Of course, I am not one to talk. If you look at any of the posts on this site (yes, any of them), check out the minute field indicating the time of when I post -- it's always set to a prime number. I can't perform a blog posting without the "minute" field being prime. (And, yes, looking in the DB fields, the seconds are always prime, too...) But, again, it's just OCD.

Oops, nope, running a search on the DB turned up a handful that slipped through the radar with the most recent one being What to Do, What to Do?, which was posted at 5:09.

Now, I just need to resist the urge to go update the timestamps on those.

I hit 35. And on the 5:09 front, that's not that bad. It's not a prime or integral power of two, but it is a perfect quare, and better yet, a prime raised to a prime
